In this blog post, I want to give you a bit of a sneak peek from portions of my book’s Preface and Introduction. As my blog followers, you have supported me for over 7 years, and it’s my little birthday gift to say “thank you”.
Life has an amazing way of evolving, reinventing itself, no matter our circumstances, especially if we don’t lose sight of who we are.
I don’t want sympathy. I don’t want people to feel sad. I just need to express the exhaustion I feel living with an unrelenting, cruel and downright disgusting disease.
I am not the only one who is stoic, I am part of an amazing community of others with chronic illnesses who are stoic too……yes that’s you!
